Payment methods

Payment for purchases from newbalance.gr can be made in the following ways: 

For purchases by cash on delivery, payment is made upon delivery of the parcel, to the carrier. 

For purchases over 49€ the shipping costs and the cash on delivery service are FREE. 

For purchases less than 49€ the shipping costs amounts to 5€ for Greece and 8€ for Cyprus. 

The procedure is followed through the e-shop. 

All credit/debit cards are accepted except "American Express" and "Diners"
There is also the possibility of installments: 

Up to 5 interest-free installments for purchases from 88€ to 187.99€ 
Up to 10 interest -free installments for purchases from 188€ and more

To confirm the order, please send the bank transfer receipt via e-mail to the address support@newbalance.gr

To complete the order, the bank deposit must be made within 48 hours.
