Free Returns
Within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, you can return any item you purchased for FREE!
For the return of each product, the transaction receipt from the e-shop newbalance.gr that was delivered within the package, is required. It is also necessary that the product you bought is in the same condition, as it was when it was delivered, placed inside the box and with its label attached and with the return form filled out.
A possible price difference between the new and the old product can be covered with the new shipment, either by cash on delivery or by bank deposit. If the new product is cheaper, the price difference is returned by deposit to the customer's account.
Please also be aware that for hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned.
Item returns are always made at current prices.
Whether you are interested in changing the product or just changing the size, the process is the same.
Fill the product return form that you received within your package, when it was delivered. Then contact your local courier branch of "Geniki Taxydromiki" or take it yourself to their nearest courier branch.

Once we receive your return, we will deliver the new item you chosen.
Item returns are always made at current prices.
Visit the nearest New Balance store, with the product you want to return and the receipt of purchase.
Then, you can choose something new, of equal or greater value, covering -in that case- the price difference.
*For your best service, you can contact first our customer service at 210-8160085 (Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm) to check the availability of the new items you would like.
In case you would like a refund or you want to change the product you have with another of lower value, follow the procedure of "free return by courier"
Click & Collect orders cannot be refunded.
Outlet products, for instore change, can be returned only to Outlet stores. All other products can be returned to the NB Stores.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you bought from newbalance.gr you can get a refund.
To complete this process, you must first fill in the product return form that was send with the package upon delivery. The refund is made in the same way as the purchase was made.
In case the purchase was made by Cash upon delivery or Bank Deposit, do not forget to fill in your bank account details in the form.
You can then contact your local Courier office of "Geniki Taxydromiki" or visit their nearest branch.
